Stainless stee Mica heating element makes use of the good insulation performance and high temperature resistance of mica plate (mica sheet). It takes mica plate (sheet) as the framework and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized plate or stainless steel plate for support and protection, and can be made into plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, cylindrical, circular and other shapes as client’s requirement. It can be designed with power up to 1000W and temperature resistance of 600 ℃. Mica heating plate is widely used for heating in household appliances, metallurgy, chemical industry, plastic processing and electrical appliances.

Performance characteristics of sinton mica heating plate:

1. When the stainless steel heating element works, it has no open fire and no oxidation, and its service life is 50 times longer than that of ordinary electric heating elements

2. When the stainless steel heating element works, the infrared radiation is strong, and its far-infrared wavelength is 2-15um, which is beneficial to human health;

3. The heating element is made of inorganic materials, with stable performance, low thermal inertia and fast heating speed. Under the working state and storage and transportation state, the electrical performance does not change;

4. The element is a surface heat source, with full area heating and uniform heat field, and the heating uniformity can reach 85%;

5. The element is an electric heating element with negative temperature coefficient, and there is no potential safety hazard caused by impulse current.

4. Power density: effective heating area of membrane (its power density is related to the structure of the whole machine) ≤ 2W / cm2;
