1. Fast temperature rising time

2. Small wattage tolerance,when the rated wattage is less than 100W, wattage tolerance should be under ±10%;when the rated wattage is high than 100W, wattage tolerance should be under +5%～-10% or 10W  

3. Leakage current is less than 0.5mA when it is cold, and when it is working, the max leakage currect is less than 5mA

4. Insulated resistance

The insulated resistance is higher than 50MΩ at the factory, and the insulated resistance should be higher than 20MΩ after long time store

5.  ability to withstand power on and off,sinton cartridge heater element shall be able to undergo 2000 on-off tests under the specified test conditions without damage

6. overload capacity,Under the specified test conditions and input power, the element shall withstand 30 cycles of overload test without damage
