Pressure vessel classification
There are many classification methods for pressure vessels, mainly including:
1. By working pressure: low pressure (0.1 MPa~1.6 MPa), medium pressure (1.6 MPa~10 MPa), high pressure (10 MPa~100 MPa), ultra-high pressure (above 100 MPa);
2. By use: reaction vessel, heat exchanger, separator, storage vessel, etc. The pressure vessels in our company are basically storage pressure vessels.
3. By risk and hazard: Class I pressure vessels (low-pressure non-flammable or non-toxic medium), Class II pressure vessels (flammable or toxic neutral), Class III pressure vessels (extremely and highly hazardous medium).
