Sinton’s Aluminium casting band heater is made of tubular heating element inside , which would be bent to any shape as the drawing and put in a mould. Then we pour the casting aluminium liquid in the mould so that the band heater can closely fit with the heated body, with uniform heating, good thermal conductivity and long service life.

The band heater also can be warmed outside with insulation layer to keep the heat efficiency can reach 90% or higher.

1. Service conditions: ambient temperature - 20 ℃ ~ + 60 ℃; Relative humidity < 80%.

2. Electrical strength: it can pass the voltage 1500v50hz sinusoidal AC withstand voltage test, and there is no breakdown at 1m1n during withstand voltage.

3. Leakage current: < 0.5mA.

4. Insulation resistance: > 2m Ω.

5. Grounding resistance: < 0.1 Ω.

6. Power deviation: + 5% ～ - 10%.

7. Temperature resistance: installed on the machine, the surface temperature can be nearly 400 ℃
