WRNB-240 thermocouple

WRNB-240 thermocouple was made as client’s requirement. The material for temperature-sensing element can be Nichrome-Nickel silicon,Nickel chromium-nickel silicon;Nickel chromium-copper nickel ; Iron-copper nickel;copper-copper nickel;platinum;copper etc.

Classification:

Open end type: short thermal response time; It is suitable for temperature measurement requiring fast response, such as engine exhaust; Low mechanical strength.

Shell type: short thermal response time; Large nominal pressure (up to 34mpa); It is not suitable for occasions with electromagnetic interference.

Insulation type: the thermal response time is longer than the first two and the service life is longer; Anti electromagnetic interference; This form is often used in occasions where there are no special requirements for thermal response time.

Separate type: double branch, avoiding signal interference. Its characteristics are the same as that of insulating type.

J type

-200°~+950°C

Cheap price, thermoelectric EMF rate is larger than   that of type K. It can be used in both oxidation and reduction atmosphere. It   is resistant to H2 and co corrosion / can no longer be used in   sulfur-containing atmosphere. After exceeding 538 ° C, the iron electrode oxidizes quickly,   the temperature resistance is not high enough, and it can not be used in   high-temperature area.

E type

-200°~+850°C

Cheap price, the thermoelectric EMF rate is the   largest, the sensitivity is high / the temperature resistance is not high   enough, the high temperature area cannot be used, and other characteristics   are similar to K-type.

N type

Cheap price, strong high temperature oxidation   resistance, nuclear irradiation resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance,   good long-term stability of thermoelectric EMF rate / small thermoelectric   EMF rate, relatively late launch time compared with other types, and is not   widely used.

Cheap price, high precision / poor oxidation   resistance, not resistant to high temperature.

S/R type

It can be used for high temperature environment,   suitable for use in oxidizing and inert atmosphere / expensive, very small   thermoelectric potential at room temperature, not suitable for medium and low   temperature measurement. But price is high

B type

-200°~+1800°C
