Mica band heater is made of Nickel chromium alloy resistance wire, and twised on the mica plated. Outside is protected by stainless steel plate as heating transfer material.

Mica band heater surface load is 2.5-3W per square centimetre, we would make the heating elements under this wattage range, and control the temperature using Automatic temperature control system, to make sure the mica heating element would be with longer usage time.
