Sinton Thermocouple is a commonly used temperature measuring element in temperature measuring instruments. It directly measures the temperature, converts the temperature signal into thermoelectric EMF signal, and converts it into the temperature of the measured medium through electrical instruments (secondary instruments). The shapes of various thermocouples are often very different due to needs, but their basic structures are roughly the same. They are usually composed of main parts such as thermal electrode, insulating sleeve, protective tube and junction box. They are usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic regulator.
K type thermocouple Main classification
1. Classification by fixture type
As the main means of temperature measurement, thermocouples are widely used, so there are many requirements for fixed devices and technical performance. Therefore, the fixed devices of thermocouples are divided into six types: non fixed device type, threaded type, fixed flange type, movable flange angle ruler type and conical protective tube type.
2. Classification by assembly and structure
According to the performance and structure of thermocouples, they can be divided into detachable thermocouples, flameproof thermocouples, armored thermocouples, pressure spring fixed thermocouples and other thermocouples for special purposes.
K type thermocouple main features:
1. Simple assembly and convenient replacement;
2. Pressure spring type temperature sensing element with good seismic performance;
3. High measurement accuracy;
4. Large measurement range (- 200 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃, under special circumstances (- 270 ℃ ~ 2800 ℃);
5. Fast thermal response time;
6. High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance;
7. High temperature resistance up to 2800 degrees;
8. Long usage life.
