What is a ceramic heater?
Ceramic heater is a heater with uniform thermal division and metal alloy with good thermal conductivity, which ensures uniform temperature of hot surface and eliminates hot and cold spots of equipment.
There are two kinds of ceramic heaters: PTC ceramic heater and MCH ceramic heater. The materials used in these two products are completely different, but the finished products are similar to ceramics, so they are collectively referred to as "ceramic heating elements".
Ceramic heater has the advantages of long service life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, magnetic field resistance and so on.
It has ring and plate specifications, reliable operation, long service life, firmness and durability, energy saving, convenient installation, high temperature resistance, fast heat transfer, good insulation, and its production is not limited by model and specification. According to the wiring mode required by users, the voltage ranges from 36V, 110V, 180V, 220V and 380V, and the power load is 6.5W per square meter. Compared with the traditional electric heater, the energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
