Air Duct Heater ：
Duct type hot air heater is made of sheath house ( steel alloy, stainless steel ,or other as your design), finned heating elements, inside with thermal insulators for keeping air temperature, wire connect box, thermocouple, inlet hole, outlet hole, temperature controller etc.
Temperature range
Low temperature: less than 160 degree Celsius (insulators thickness: 80mm)
Middle temperature : from 160 degree Celsius to 200 degree Celsius (insulators thickness:100mm to 150mm)
High temperature: from 200 degree Celsius to 650 degree Celsius (insulators thickness: 300mm)
Advantage:
During heating, air max temperature can reach 650 degree Celsius, but the surface temperature of the shelth is just around 50 degree Celsius
Heat efficient is more than 95%
Temperature raise rate : 10 degree Celsius per second during working
The heating elements is made of high temperature alloy with good mechanical character
Usage time:standard more than 10 years
Clean air, small volume
Made as client design
After reached the max temperate, the working wattage can reduce to half
Applications
Air Duct Heater mainly used in heating air from room temperature to target temperature, max temperature 850 degree C , Mainly used in Airline, laborary, shipping area, Ordnance Industry, Chemical Industry , Education and so on. Mostly used in automatic temperature control and high flow rate of high temperature joint system and accessories test. Air duct heater has a wide range of usage: any type of gas, and the high temperature air is dry, not conductive, no combustion, no explosion, no chemical corrosion, no pollution, safe and fast heated.
