The main reasons why electric heating tubes need to be used for heating in electrostatic precipitator systems are the following:


Improve dust removal efficiency: The heating of the electric heating tube can increase the gas temperature, reduce the viscosity and specific resistance of the dust, and make the dust easier to be captured by the electric field, thereby improving the dust removal efficiency.
